To request a refund of an item that has not shipped, simply email us at Info@compuquilter.com. A refund of 100% of money paid will be promptly refunded.
To return merchandise once it has been shipped, a Return Merchandise Authorization must be issued. Once the item(s) is/are received, tested and found in sellable condition, a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed. Any damages assessed will be deducted from the remaining 80% before a refund will be issued. To request an RMA, please email us.
